About The Session -
There has been a continuous growth in the number of startups in India. Individuals from all walks of life be it fresh graduates, working professionals, lawyers, doctors, Chartered Accounts etc are entering the startup ecosystem and trying to bring transformation to industries and sectors through innovation and service delivery.
There are numerous sessions emphasising on technical skills for an entrepreneur or startup founder but still the success ratio for startups is tremendously low as compared to other nations. This means that apart from technical skills there are other factors which affect the success of startups.
The psychological aspects of an entrepreneur at any stage of the startup also highly contributes to the overall performance of the startup venture. There is high responsibility on the shoulders of any startup whether he is bootstrapped or has been funded by an investor. You need to have an excellent frame of mind when your startup is not performing well and even well it is performing too well.
So this session would help you understand how you can “stay on top of your game” in any situation.
